2008 Ft. Victoria St. Andrews Dinner, Sat. Nov. 9th, Union Club, Victoria, B.C.

The Ft. Victoria Outpost, in the process of re-invigorating their ranks, was kind enough to invite the Ft. Vancouver ranks to their St. Andrews Dinner.  Besides the dinner, there was a cocktail hour before, plenty of scotch tasting, Ode to a Haggis, and Bagpipes and Sword Dancing from a local Scottish Dance troupe.  Also, Ensign Jeff Williams from the Fort Vancouver Outpost was promoted to Lieutenant.
